This disclosure explains, in plain language, how Boss Capital Holdings, LLC uses the email address you provide when creating a household in Sage.
What we'll send you
- Service messages — things you need to run your household (for example, account or security notices). These are part of using Sage.
- Marketing messages — if you opt in, occasional emails about deals, tips, and new features.
Your consent and control
- Marketing emails are opt-in. We won't add you to marketing lists without your agreement at signup.
- Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email but does not affect essential service messages.
- We honor unsubscribe requests promptly, consistent with applicable law (including the CAN-SPAM Act).
What we won't do
We won't sell your email address, and we won't use misleading subject lines or sender names. We aim to make it obvious who a message is from and easy to opt out.
