Privacy Policy
Last updated July 12, 2026
Sage is operated by Boss Capital Holdings, LLC ("Boss Capital," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use Sage, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Household information — a nickname and access code you choose when creating a household, and the names/PINs of people you add to it.
- Contact information — an email address you provide when creating a household.
- Grocery data you enter — meals, recipes, shopping lists, receipts, prices, and store preferences you add to plan and track your household's shopping.
- Usage information — basic technical data (device/browser type, pages visited) used to keep the app running reliably.
How we use it
- To operate Sage's core features — meal planning, price comparison, and your shared household basket.
- To send you product updates and, if you've opted in, marketing emails about deals and features (see our Marketing Disclosure).
- To maintain and improve the reliability and security of the app.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information. We don't fabricate or guess at grocery prices — Sage only shows prices it has actually sourced, and says so plainly when it doesn't have one.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run Sage (such as hosting and email delivery), and only to the extent needed for them to provide that service. We do not share your household's data with other households.
Your choices
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails.
- You can edit or remove information you've added to your household directly in the app.
- You can contact us (see our Contact page) with any privacy question or request.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app.
